Polydor Tangeli Lekongo is currently the Secretary Executive of GROUPE MOSALA, (nonprofit organization that promote youth entrepreneurship in the Democratic Republic of Congo) and is the deputy Managing Director at Global Entrepreneurship Network/DR Congo.

In 2009 the Arkansas state Governor appointed and commissioned Polydor TANGELI LEKONGO as an Arkansas Traveler to serve as an Ambassador of good will from Arkansas to the people of other states, the people of nations beyond the borders of United States or wherever this ambassador of Arkansans may hereafter travel or reside

Polydor TANGELI LEKONGO has over 15 years of working experience in conception, development, implementation and management of projects focused on human integral development that create socio-economic impact in the community and life of the people. His experience in local initiative in DR Congo and other African countries in research, community development, Social youth entrepreneurship, and gender issues in development have highly increased his commitment to address issues affecting the youth entrepreneurship, socio-economic performance of under developing countries and the most vulnerable people.
