A native Arkansan, Cobb is a proven leader with 20 years of experience in product development, audience/customer/member engagement, people management, brand advancement, and culture construction.
Entrepreneurship runs in Cobb’s blood. As a teenager and young adult, he cut his business teeth while nurturing his creative callings through DIY music. He designed and opened his first “pop up” pizza restaurant at age 22. At age 30 he opened three locations of a successful local pizza chain, designing new product and pivoting the concept to fit a new market.
While at Arkansas Business Publishing Group he worked in multiple divisions, serving both consumer and business readers. He and his teams consistently surpassed goals by identifying new audiences, matching customers’ needs and launching new products.
Prior to joining the Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce, Cobb served as Chief Operating Officer of the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce. During his tenure, the organization enjoyed record event programming revenue and engagement, as well as record membership for two consecutive years. With Cobb’s guidance, the organization underwent a complete rebranding in 2016, from the creation of a new logo to the development of a new voice with methods of reaching members and engaging in community conversations.
